02 · Structure
Understand, clean, harmonize, model, then migrate. A database is not a large Excel file with several sheets in it.
This is the heart of the job: turning a system that grew over the years into a structure that lasts.
03 · Analyze
Consolidate, reconcile, measure, compare. Answering precise business questions, rather than producing one more chart.
And if a figure looks wrong, we trace it back to the Excel file it came from.
04 · Present
